Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with Rubber Shield you have 30 days to return any UNUSED/UNOPENED product for a full refund, minus the shipping and handling charges. Please email us at getrefunds (at) rubbershield.ca and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and include your name and address.

Once you receive the authorization number, place the UNUSED/UNOPENED product in the original box along with the original packing slip. Clearly mark the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on the packing slip and send to:

Once we receive and inspect the merchandise we will credit your credit card for a full refund less the original shipping and handling.
